I took my time in the paper to clarify the difference between education and schooling. Then, I carefully present the problems I believe must be fixed, but I had lots of problems coming up with good/practical solutions. I want to come up with an solution that can actually be done right now, and not just some ideals that could only work in fantasy land. I tried my best to construct solutions, but I know they can still be improved, so I hope this paper, while does not give definite answers, can give its audience some ideas or directions to work on.
